RESERVATIONS
We will accept bookings by e.mail or fax with a deposit of 50 º/º of the total cost, and then we will open a file and give you a status report of your request.
Groups: We require the number of people, a preliminary rooming list 45 days before the arrival and the final list 30 days before the arrival.
Individuals: We have to receive the list of the passengers 15 days before.
It's very important to take account that the tourist peak months in our country is between June and September, and if you want to travel in these months, we suggest you book at least 2 months before the departure, in case of groups at least 3 months.
It's important to include the following information for both: groups and individuals
At the moment of the reservation.

• Full name
• In case of groups, specify the tour leader's name
• Age
• Passport number
• Nationality and language
• Specify additional service: Hotel, flights and others.

PAYMENT
Groups: The total payment must be 30 days before arrival.
Individuals: we require the payment 15 days before arrival.

CANCELLATIONS
In case of groups, cancellations are the same of the hotel politic, it must be 30 days before arrival, if the cancellation is betwen 30 and 15 days before arrival, the refund will be 50 º/º, if the cancellation is 14 days or less is considerate NO SHOW so that way ”you'll lose all deposit”.

For the individuals the total payment is 15 days before arrival.

CHANGES

All changes especially for groups must be done at least 30 days before arrival and for individuals, 15 days before arrival.

• Airport and flight ticket taxes
• Excess luggage
• Travel insurance
• Tips
• Personal expences
• Others

INSURANCE
It is a condition of booking that you have adequate Accident and Medical insurance before coming to Peru . We DO NOT provide any travel insurance. If a client is taken it, we will do all that is necessary to get them the proper treatment, including evacuation from the mountain and hospitalization if is necessary. BUT THESE COSTS WILL HAVE TO BE ASSUMED BY THE INDIVIDUAL CLIENT.
If you are planning to participate in any activity considered "risky" - trekking, climbing, rafting, etc. - make sure that these are included in your Policy. Please take a copy of the Policy Document with you.

MEDICAL
You MUST be in general healthy to join any of our trips. Our tour leaders and Guides are authorised to disqualify any client who they believe is unfit for the demands of the trip. In this case, refunds WILL NOT be given. Our company provides a comprehensive First Aid Kit for each trip. However it is the responsibility of each client to bring whatever specific medicines they need. Also we will send you a suggested Personal First Aid Kit list with your pre-departure information.

LIABILITY:
Each trip itinerary has a complete list of what is included and excluded in the price. Our company will NOT be held liable for any changes made by the client or for changes arising from flight delays or cancellations, sickness, political disputes, strikes or any other situation beyond our control.
